Broadcasting

Our broadcasting curriculum prepares students for careers in both podcasting and broadcasting. Students majoring in this concentration will develop broadcast communication skills, including announcing, on-camera performance, voice over production, video production, editing, audio production, and of course directing.

Future broadcasters

Our two Broadcasting concentrations are Sports Broadcasting and Broadcast Journalism. Our students produce their segments for our online platform WSAS Online as well as advisory and assemblies.  Students write scripts and develop live shows for various on and off campus events. Our students work in a state-of-the-art video production studio that rivals local broadcasting channels.
